During this practical training, we will show you every step needed to turn a Microsoft Word document into an accessible PDF.
This training will teach you how to make accessible documents, and how to make sure your documents are the perfect starting point for conversion to other accessible formats such as HTML, PDF, or audiobooks.
You will learn:
- How to make an accessible Word document.
- How to convert that document to a tagged PDF.
- How to test the accessibility of a PDF document.
- How to improve the accessibility of an existing PDF document with Acrobat Professional.
Target audience
This training is intended for webmasters, graphic designers, editors, and communication specialists: anyone who publishes PDF documents.
Necessary prior knowledge
It is mandatory to take the introductory training first.
You know your way around Microsoft Word.
Practical information
- Duration: 2 or 3 modules
- Location: in company or in the training room of our offices (groups up to 12 participants).
- The training is hands-on, so bring a laptop with Microsoft Word and optionally Acrobat Professional.

- All participants will use one common document

In-depth session:
- 2 modules of 3 hours
- Participants will work on individual documents of their own choosing
- We offer this training to both groups and individuals:

- 240 EUR Excl. VAT per per person (only applicable to individual enrollments)
